End of Summer Update

It has been a nice summer. Hence, no time to
update the site!

Depending on which days one was planning on
summiting, this summer could have been great, or so-so for alpinists. Clear
spells were broken by cool, stormy weather, blanketing the high peaks with
snow, all summer long. Personally, I thought it was great. These glaciers needed
the white snow to reflect the hot summer’s sun. Last summer, much of the high
alpine snow-pack, disappeared under a blazing
sun.
