30cm of fresh on the Rosablanche Glacier

The wind blew hard, creating puddles of snow on the
leeward slopes.

We had a real fun time on the

photos ) catching the first cabin of the season up Mt.Gele. What a
blast that was, arcing long turns down the back, along the “Grand
Journée”. We then slid off the back of Mt.Fort, finding fresh lines in
feather weight, deep powder. Splitting the boards in two, we had a nice skin on
the Rosablanche Glacier.

The forecast
is for mild and sunny weather for the next 5 days. Should be nice!
